At Fitvibe.motion, we strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and fast, secure delivery of your products.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

  • We ship orders using USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders and 3 to 14 business days for international orders (depending on destination).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, customs procedures, etc.).

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at Fitvibemotion@outlook.com with your order number.

5. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to France, several European countries, and international destinations.

  • Certain regions may be subject to restrictions or additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it directly to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

  • If your package appears lost, we will open an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
